Was browsing thru the web and was informed of the loan interest rates..

1.Car loan rates at 2.5 to 3% per annum.

2. Home loan rates at1.6-2% per annum.

3. Personal loan rates at 4.5-5% p.a.

If inflation is pegged at 3% p.a, how can any Tom Dick and Harry keep up with his keep?
