Trying my hand on japanese cuisine as my weekends are spent attending domestic chores.
As of today I have tried quite successfully cooking the following-
1. gyu don made popular by yoshinoya, complete with fresh carrots and brocolli.
2. tempura as well and kids like the prawn tempura so much the fought over the last piece.
3. chicken teriyaki
I will attempt on sushi once Im given the chance.
Looks like im enjoying every minute of it!!
